Agilent webinář: SEC for Ultra-large Analytes - Column Selection and Method Development for Next Generation Biotherapeutic Molecules

Next generation biotherapeutic molecules such as adeno-associated viruses (AAV), virus-like particles (VLP), oligonucleotides, and lipid nanoparticles (LNP) represent unique analytical challenges. Some unique analyses are required, but familiar techniques like Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) are still useful for aggregate analysis. This webinar will expand upon the previous webinar, applying basic SEC theory and principles to larger analytes, while addressing what changes might be necessary for novel sample types. We’ll discuss the larger pore sizes necessary for these larger samples, selecting an SEC column, detection, and method optimization.
